We offer a unique approach to help you create your ideal playground or park. Consultations, custom designs and bid proposals for all projects are free of charge.

If you need one item or an entire park design, we can help. Our in-house professional playground design team can custom design our playground equipment to fit the needs of any client to create the ideal park or playground for your organization or facility.

To ease your decision-making process, our design team can provide both 2D and 3D playground site plan renderings, so you can see exactly what you will be purchasing.

Noah’s can also work with your design team, architect, or landscape architect to help create the park or playground you envisioned. Historically, we help our clients understand all the factors which could potentially go into building their ideal parks or playgrounds.

Other factors or variables such as landscaping, lighting, fencing options, and in many instances like concrete curbing and or parking must be acknowledged as early in the project as possible. Unfortunately, these variables are often afterthoughts for clients. When a client recognizes how a new playground or park area is going to impact their surrounding landscape, they begin to realize just how much more thorough you need to be during your pre-planning process.

If you are needing product cost, shipping cost and installation costs for specific products, we offer free quotes to help you with your decision process. There are two ways to receive a quote with Noah’s Park:

  • Submit your quote request online– Noah’s offers a very easy, handy quote request system on our website. You can find an orange “Add to Quote” button on all our product pages. Just add your desired products to your quote request, submit and you will receive your quote via email within 2-3 business days.

We encourage you to create and online account with us in order to receive, view, collect and print all your quote requests received by the Noah’s Park Sales Team online as well. 

  • Work with one of our experienced sales reps– If you feel you need to talk through your ideas, budget, and other design factors, our playground sales representatives are always available via phone or email Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm (CST). Once you have spoken to one of them about your playground needs, they will email you a formal quote within 2-3 business days.

If you have received all of the information you need either from our website or from one of our sales reps, and you are ready to order, there are two ways you can order your equipment.

  • Using our online e-commerce website– Our website is available 24/7 for any orders via a credit or debit card. Most of our products are available for purchase on our website, but if not, then going through the quoting process is the easy next step.
  • Purchasing with one of our sales reps– Our sales reps are available to take any orders over the phone. If you received a quote for your equipment, you must first sign and approve your quote before any ordering processing happens. Once the quote is approved for order processing, our operations team will send you an order acknowledgement email where you will carefully check the details of your order to verify.

Noah’s Park offers many ways to purchase your equipment. There are different methods and payment options when purchasing.

  • Choose Payment Schedule– There are 3 different ways to pay: pay in full, pay a deposit (half of total), or submit a purchase order. One of these payment methods must be decided beforeordering any equipment.
    1. Paying in full is always the simplest for both parties.
    2. When you elect to pay a deposit, your sales rep will work with you on paying the deposit when ordering your equipment. Then our billing department will contact you later with an invoice for the balance.
    3. Purchase Orders (POs) are only available for submission by governmental organizations.

 

  • Choose Payment Method- We offer many payment options for our customer’s convenience. See all that we offer below.
  1. Credit Card (only for orders $10,000 or less):Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are the only payment types excepted for all our processing. 
  2. Purchase Order:Prior arrangements required. Accepted via email, fax or snail-mail
  3. Company or Municipal Check: Must be received prior to order processing.
  4. Wire Transfer:Must be agreed upon prior to initiating wire transfer.
  5. Financing:Available for equipment over $1000.00 with PEAC Solutions. Go to the application to apply for financing for your equipment.

We coordinate the shipping of playground equipment with destinations all around the United States. Our national presence provides Noah’s Park customer service representatives the task of handling a variety of situations on a regular basis. Freight services are an integral part of our operations.

Noah’s commercial playground equipment will generally ship freight except for small items such as swing parts. Our smaller equipment will ship either UPS-ground or freight using a 4’x4’x4’ pallet, while our larger equipment is typically packed in individual pieces into 8’ to 16’ long open air creates delivered by an 18-wheeler truck.

Noah’s works with many freight carriers to obtain the best freight rates/terms for our customers.

Custom equipment typically ships within 10-14 weeks while our “Quick Ship” items ship within 3-5 business days or 4-6 weeks depending on the brand.

We don’t receive daily or weekly updates on most orders from the manufacturer. If you would like a shipping update, please contact us and we will get the status of your order as soon as possible.

Waiting for your equipment to arrive can be daunting, but with waiting time is a great opportunity for you to prepare for your large playground load to arrive. Here are some ways we feel would help you better prepare for and receive your large equipment delivery.

Before the Order Arrives:

  • Noah’s Park is glad to provide a “Call-Ahead Notification” service per the freight/carrier, so you can better prepare for the shipment. It is an additional fee, so please make sure your sales rep is aware of this extra service if that is what you desire.
  • On the day of the delivery, have the proper machinery available to use. If you have a forklift readily available, use it! This will save time… and your backs!
  • If you don’t have access to a forklift, or you can’t use the truck’s liftgate because the crate is too big, you need to have at least 3-4 able bodies on site ready to help you unload the equipment piece-by-piece. It is the customer’s responsibility to unload and properly store the order.

Before the Driver Departs:

  • Check the shipping sticker to ensure that you have received the correct order.
  • Make sure your packing list and installation instructions are inside the hardware box.
  • Check the contents of your order to ensure you have no missing pieces.
  • Inspect for damage: broken crate, dents, scrapes, scratches, torn packages and more. Any damage MUST be noted on the delivery receipt with the driver.
  • Photograph the crate from all angles, photograph any damage.

After Driver Departs:

  • Report any damage noted on freight delivery receipt to us
  • Report any missing pieces or discrepancies to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report damage/missing pieces to Noah’s Park may result in denial of claim and loss of your ability to receive replacement parts at no additional cost.

 

INSTALLATION

We work only with C.P.S.I (Certified Playground Safety Inspection) individuals and playground companies on a national level, arranging installation services with certified crews in your immediate area. 

Whether it’s just a simple stand-alone slide or a full playground site, Noah’s Park can provide full installation crews no matter how big or small the project.

Noah’s Park offers 3 different installation options for your playground equipment:

  • Customer Installations With this option, the customer is responsible for assembling and installing their equipment, which is often the best way to save money and afford more equipment.

Major factors to consider before choosing this option are the knowledge, experience, and availability of your volunteers. Also consider if you possess the right tools and equipment to complete the job safely and efficiently.

We recommend you set aside time in advance when your volunteers can meet to discuss if they possess the necessary tools, equipment, and experience to make this option worthwhile.

  • Supervised Installations- Save thousands of dollars on your project and ensure that your installation is efficient and error-free by choosing a supervised installation.

This option requires the customer to provide all labor and tools for installing the equipment. We send an installation supervisor to provide valuable knowledge and help coordinate your volunteers effectively.

For customers with the manpower to install their equipment but a lack of knowledge and experience, supervision by a certified playground installer is a more cost-effective option than full professional installation.

  • Professional Installations- This option includes professional installation of all play equipment by a crew of safety certified playground installers.

Our crew will bring all the necessary tools & materials and will handle every aspect of your install. Your newly purchased equipment will be assembled and installed by our crew in the safest, most efficient manner possible.

The cost is not included in the price of equipment but is well worth the money as we guarantee a hassle-free experience with our professional and experienced installation experts!

Need a quote for installation for a specific product? Use our convenient Online Quote Request System on our website. Go to your desired product, add that product to your quote, and ask for installation services for that quote. Our sales team will work with our playground designers and national install network to get you a product and installation quote quickly!

Noah’s Park and Playgrounds, LLC, will only choose manufacturers who stand behind their products and offer our clients product warranties on all their products and manufacturing processes.

All of our 34 manufacturers we have partnered with have different warranties. To find warranties for specific companies, please go to one of their product’s pages and click on the “Warranty Information” tab on the bottom.

To report any warranty concerns please fill out the Warranty/Replacement Part Submission Form to send us part information, pictures and more. Once submitted, we will contact you with information on the warranty of your product.

Installation Warranty

Noah’s Park and Playgrounds warrants all installation labor for a period of one year, from the completion date of the installation. Our warranty applies to full/professional installations only.

To report any warranty concerns please fill out the Installation Warranty Submission Form to send us information about your past install project, pictures and more. Once submitted, we will contact you with information on the warranty of your installation project. 

Upkeep and Repair

It is important to always inspect your playground on a yearly basis, especially when the weather gets warmer and the kids are ready to play outside. Always check your equipment for broken or missing pieces. Check your surfacing for any rips or tears, or if the loose-fill surfacing needs a top off to ensure the surfacing is at the right depth for proper safety.
